PSYCH-K® is a technique which balances affirmations at a subconscious level. These changes to our belief system are made when we are in a whole brain state. Science of Mind uses spiritual mind treatments to change our mind and to help us create what we really want to create.
If you don’t know how to do either, here is an easy way to change the vibration of what you are sending out.
When you ask yourself a question, your mind automatically begins searching for answers.
Why don’t I make more money?
Why am I always getting sick?
Why is it so hard to find my soulmate?
Why doesn’t anyone love or appreciate me?
Why am I not happy? Why am I always sad?
Why am I such a loser?
Those questions automatically form your life. You are creating from that reality and from the feeling space that they put you in.
You can now go the traditional route of all self-help techniques and use affirmations:
I am abundant. I am rich.
I heal quickly and easily.
I meet my soulmate.
I am loved. I am appreciated.
I am happy and full of joy.
I am successful.
More powerful, however, is to change your questions. As we ask a question, we are automatically stepping into the energy of what we are asking and our mind begins to search for reasons why what we are asking is true. Your mind is asking questions all the time. Why not use this to your advantage and ask questions that put you in the energy vibration you want to be in to create a happier and more successful life?
Empowering questions are:
Why do I make more and more money? Why am I so rich?
Why does my body heal so quickly?
Why is it so easy for me to meet my soulmate?
Why am I so loved and appreciated?
Why am I always so happy and full of joy?
Why am I so successful?
Noah St. John recommends the following exercise:
- Take a moment and write down the five most disempowering questions that you have on your mind.
- Then take a moment to write down the equivalent powerful questions.
- Notice how your mind immediately begins to answer those questions. Feel the higher vibrational space you are automatically in.
“As you sow, so shall you reap”
Ralph Waldo Emerson
What you focus on, or in other words which thought seeds you plant, continuously produces results. You have the choice to focus on the seeds you want to plant and the thought flowers you want to grow by changing the questions you ask. Form questions that are affirming what you want, use what St. John calls “afformations” or powerful “why” questions.
